Authentication: Confirming the validity of an email address and its corresponding identity.
Bounces: The number of times an email is returned because a recipient’s address is either not working or nonexistent.
Bounce Rate: The number of emails that have been bounced divided by the total number of emails that have been sent.

CTR: Short for Click Through Rate, the CTR is a calculation created by dividing the number of unique clicks by the amount of emails sent out.
Domain Keys: This is an email authentication system used to confirm an email sender’s DNS domain, as well as the integrity of the message sent.
Dynamic Content: Data in an email message that adjusts and shifts according to each individual recipient, based on predetermined settings.

Email Frequency: How often emails are sent (weekly, biweekly, etc.).
HTML-based Email: An email that contains HTML, as opposed to a message composed of plain text only.
