During this phase, teams should prioritize:

  • Activating email, paid, and social channels
  • Ensuring tracking and reporting are working correctly

Days 61–90: Optimization & Scale
The final phase is where growth compounds. Performance data reveals what’s working—and what isn’t. High-performing campaigns are refined and scaled. Underperforming efforts are adjusted or paused.

Optimization turns activity into efficiency. It’s the difference between “doing marketing” and driving results.
